Thank you for shopping with Premier Motorsports Group. This Return Policy explains when returns may be accepted and how to request a return.
By placing an order through www.premiermotorsportsgroup.com, you agree to this Return Policy.
1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Return requests made after the return window may be denied.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- New and unused
- Not installed
- Not damaged
- Complete with all parts, hardware, manuals, accessories, and original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase from Premier Motorsports Group
Items that show signs of installation, use, damage, modification, missing parts, missing packaging, or wear may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not returnable unless approved in writing:
- Installed items
- Used items
- Electrical parts
- Lighting products that have been installed, wired, powered, or tested on a vehicle
- Special-order items
- Custom-order items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Open-box items sold as open-box
- Discontinued items
- Items damaged due to installation, misuse, or improper handling
- Products missing original packaging, manuals, hardware, or accessories
- Recovery gear that has been used, stretched, loaded, dragged, or exposed to recovery conditions
- Items altered, painted, cut, drilled, modified, or assembled by the customer
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our return requirements.
4. Fitment Responsibility
Automotive fitment information is provided as a guide only. Customers are responsible for confirming fitment before ordering.
This includes verifying:
- Year
- Make
- Model
- Trim
- Engine
- Submodel
- Factory options
- Prior modifications
- Bumper, lighting, wiring, suspension, or body changes
If you are unsure whether an item fits your vehicle, contact us before ordering.
Returns due to customer fitment error may be subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us at orders@premiermotorsportsgroup.com before sending anything back.
Please include:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- Item you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item and packaging, if requested
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or delayed.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our verified error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our verified error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and proper packaging. Premier Motorsports Group is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, misdelivered, or shipped without tracking.
7. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to approved returns.
A restocking fee may apply for:
- Customer ordering error
- Fitment error
- Buyer’s remorse
- Refused delivery
- Returned manufacturer-direct items
- Items requiring repackaging
- Items returned with damaged packaging
- Items missing parts or accessories
- Oversized, freight, or special-handling items
8. Inspection and Refunds
All returns are subject to inspection after arrival.
If the return is approved after inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 2 business days after receipt and inspection for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we may deny the return or issue a reduced refund.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.
If you ordered the wrong item and need a replacement, contact us at orders@premiermotorsportsgroup.com. The customer may be responsible for return shipping, price differences, and replacement shipping charges.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancellable once processing, fulfillment, manufacturer processing, or shipping has begun.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at orders@premiermotorsportsgroup.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order is placed.
Special-order, custom-order, or manufacturer-direct items may not be cancellable once submitted.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
- Description of the issue
For shipping damage, keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Defective items may be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty process depending on the product and issue.
12. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We do not issue refunds to alternate cards, accounts, payment services, or third parties.
13. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us first if there is an issue with your order. We are committed to reviewing order issues and resolving valid concerns according to this policy.
Filing a chargeback without first allowing us to assist may delay resolution and may require us to provide order, tracking, delivery, communication, and policy documentation to the payment processor.
