5. Off-Road, Racing, and Specialty Products
Some products may be intended for off-road, show, racing, recovery, emergency, or specialty use only. Products such as auxiliary lighting, horns, recovery equipment, suspension accessories, or performance parts may be subject to local restrictions.
The customer is solely responsible for determining whether a product is legal for road use in their area.
6. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including:

- Suspected fraud
- Payment authorization failure
- Shipping restrictions

7. Pricing and Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, inventory, or product errors at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, even if the order has already been placed.

8. Shipping
Shipping options, delivery estimates, and costs are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated processing time. If no shipping time is stated, we will make reasonable efforts to ship within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, manufacturer delays, weather, supply chain issues, incorrect address information, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Shipping damage claims may require carrier inspection and supporting documentation. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only in accordance with our posted Return Policy.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original packaging
- Electrical items, special-order items, clearance items, custom items, opened recovery gear, and installed products may not be returnable
- Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping charges may be non-refundable
- A restocking fee may apply where permitted
No return is accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
12. Cancellations
Orders may not be cancellable once processing, fulfillment, manufacturer processing, or shipment has begun. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been submitted.
13. Manufacturer Warranties
Products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product.
Premier Motorsports Group does not manufacture the products sold on our website and does not provide any independent product warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, photos, inspection, troubleshooting, or direct manufacturer review. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, modification, racing, off-road use, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear may not be covered.
