Thank you for shopping with Premier Motorsports Group. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from www.premiermotorsportsgroup.com.

1. Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is the time required to verify payment, prepare the order, package the item, and transfer the shipment to the carrier. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders may take longer to process during holidays, promotional periods, manufacturer delays, supply shortages, high order volume, fraud review, or if additional customer information is required.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Premier Motorsports Group is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, missed delivery attempts, incorrect tracking scans, service interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

If no specific shipping timeframe is stated, we will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the timeframe required by applicable law.

3. Shipping Carriers

We may ship using carriers such as:

UPS
FedEx
USPS
DHL
Freight carrier
Manufacturer or distributor warehouse shipping services

The carrier used may depend on product size, weight, shipping destination, availability, warehouse location, or manufacturer requirements.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, item size, weight, and carrier availability.

Some items may qualify for free shipping if advertised on the product page or at checkout. Free shipping offers may be limited to certain products, order values, or locations.

Oversized, heavy, freight, special-order, or manufacturer-direct items may require additional shipping charges.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Premier Motorsports Group is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any carrier fees.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses, manufacturers, or fulfillment locations.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. Separate shipments do not necessarily indicate an error.

8. Manufacturer-Direct and Drop-Ship Items

Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor warehouse. Manufacturer-direct items may have different processing times depending on stock status, warehouse location, production schedule, and carrier pickup availability.

If a manufacturer-direct item becomes unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with available options.

9. Backorders and Delays

If an item is backordered, delayed, discontinued, or unavailable after purchase, we may contact you with one or more of the following options:

  • Wait for the item to become available
  • Substitute with an approved alternative
  • Cancel the affected item
  • Cancel the order for a refund

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled.

10. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package is delayed, missing, or has not updated, please contact us at orders@premiermotorsportsgroup.com.

We may assist with opening a carrier investigation. Carrier investigations may take several business days or longer.

If tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, Premier Motorsports Group is not responsible for theft, porch piracy, lost packages after delivery, or packages delivered to an incorrect location due to customer-provided address errors.

11. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 2 business days of delivery at orders@premiermotorsportsgroup.com or Contact Us page and include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of all packaging materials
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Description of the damage

Do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping box until the claim is resolved. The carrier or manufacturer may require inspection.

Failure to provide photos or retain packaging may limit our ability to assist with a shipping damage claim.

12. Freight and Oversized Shipments

Some oversized or heavy items may ship by freight.

For freight deliveries:

  • A valid phone number may be required
  • Delivery appointments may be required
  • Someone may need to be present to receive the shipment
  • Inspect the shipment before signing
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Refuse delivery if the item is severely damaged

Signing for a freight shipment without noting damage may limit or prevent a damage claim.

13. International Shipping

At this time, we ship to United States only.

14. Legal and Restricted Shipping

Some automotive products may be restricted in certain states, cities, countries, or jurisdictions. This may include lighting products, emissions-related products, horns, recovery products, chemicals, batteries, or other regulated items.

The customer is responsible for confirming that the product may be legally purchased, imported, installed, and used in their location.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot legally or practically be shipped to the destination provided.
