Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter:

This aFe POWER performance cold air intake system features a large 7 IN tall, 360-degree radial flow air filter with a 4 IN flange. The pre-oiled Pro 5R filter uses five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance and high-flow airflow. Designed to deliver strong power gains, this filter media is ideal for both street and/or track use.

One-Piece Housing:

The massive air filter is surrounded by an open-element XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer housing designed to minimize warm engine air for maximum performance. The open design provides easy viewing of the air filter while delivering an aggressive air intake sound. The housing connects to the factory air intake tract in the fender well.

Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:

This system features a high-quality, computer-designed and dyno-tuned intake tube engineered to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a precise fit. The durable XLPE material is heat-soak resistant and features a resonance chamber designed to reduce drone. Billet aluminum fittings provide a secure connection to the vehicle’s vacuum line.

Hassle-Free Installation:

This direct-fit cold air intake system utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. All necessary stainless-steel clamps, flexible bellows coupling, and installation hardware are included. Its streamlined design, featuring a patent-pending filter-to-housing interface, uses half the number of parts of a traditional cold air intake system.
