Clean Flush-Mount Installation

The C2 1.0 Flush Mount Kit allows you to integrate a compact LED pod directly into a bumper, truck bed, or another suitable mounting surface.

The flush-mount design creates a clean, factory-style appearance and makes the C2 1.0 especially useful for custom installations where a traditional surface-mounted LED pod may be too exposed or bulky.

Modern TIR Optics

The C2 1.0 uses custom-engineered Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics to collect and precisely direct light from the LED.

Compared with traditional reflectors and simple lenses, the TIR design reduces wasted light and glare while improving optical efficiency. The custom-molded TIR optic also serves as the main lens, helping maximize usable output from the compact 2-inch pod.

Choose Your Beam Pattern

SAE Fog: Uses Diode Dynamics’ FineLine optic to provide an extremely wide field of view across an 80-degree spread. It’s designed to illuminate the area directly ahead of the vehicle and is ideal for compatible fog-light applications.

Flood: Produces an even 60x60-degree spread for broad illumination. It’s well suited for backup lighting, truck beds, trailers, worksites, and other low-speed applications.

Combo: Combines Flood and Driving optics to produce a focused 40x20-degree rectangular pattern, providing a useful balance of forward distance and surrounding illumination.

SAE Fog Performance

When the Fog configuration is installed as a pair and properly aimed according to applicable regulations, it meets the SAE J583 standard for fog lamps.

Because this product page is for a single pod, one pod by itself should not be represented as meeting the pair-based SAE configuration described by the manufacturer.

Cool White or Selective Yellow

The C2 1.0 is available in two output colors.

6000K Cool White: Provides crisp white illumination designed to complement many factory LED lighting systems.

3000K Selective Yellow: Provides a distinctive yellow output and increased visual contrast.

Replacement lenses are also available separately, allowing you to change the color or optic of compatible C2 1.0 pods.

Sport or Pro Power

Choose between two Stage Series performance levels.

Sport: Uses high-intensity LED emitters and precision TIR optics for a strong balance of performance and value.

Pro: Delivers double the total power of the Sport configuration for increased lighting performance.

Backlight

The C2 1.0 features an integrated amber backlight.

Rather than illuminating only a small indicator LED, the backlight illuminates the TIR optic itself, creating a distinctive accent when the main beam isn’t being used.

Check applicable vehicle-lighting regulations before using accent lighting on public roads.

Simple Deutsch-Style Connection

Each C2 1.0 LED Pod features a custom-molded DT-type Deutsch-style connector and includes a 6-inch pigtail with bare leads.

This provides flexibility for custom wiring or integration with a compatible Deutsch-style wiring harness.

Stage Series LED lighting has been extensively tested for operation from -40°F to 185°F, along with vibration, moisture intrusion, and corrosion testing.
