Clean Flush-Mount Installation

The C2 1.0 Flush Mount Kit allows you to integrate compact Stage Series LED lighting directly into your bumper, truck bed, or another suitable mounting surface.

The included flush-mount bezel creates a clean, factory-style appearance while maintaining the compact dimensions that make the 2-inch C2 platform so versatile.

This makes the C2 1.0 Flush Mount an excellent choice for custom lighting installations where traditional surface-mounted pods may be too exposed or bulky.

Custom-Engineered TIR Optics

The C2 1.0 uses custom-engineered Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics to precisely control light from the LEDs.

Instead of relying on a traditional reflector or simple lens, the TIR optic collects the LED output and directs it into the intended beam pattern. This helps reduce wasted light and unwanted glare while improving overall optical efficiency.

The molded TIR optic also serves as the main lens, helping maximize usable output from the compact pod.

Choose Your Beam Pattern

Select from three functional beam patterns depending on your application.

SAE Fog: Uses Diode Dynamics’ FineLine optic to produce an extremely wide field of view across an 80-degree spread. It’s designed to illuminate the area directly ahead of the vehicle and can serve as an upgrade for compatible factory fog-light applications.

Flood: Produces a uniform 60x60-degree spread for broad illumination. The Flood pattern is well suited to backup lighting, truck beds, trailers, worksites, and other low-speed applications.

Combo: Combines Driving and Flood optics to produce a focused 40x20-degree rectangular pattern, balancing downrange illumination with surrounding light.

SAE Fog Performance

When installed as a pair and properly aimed according to applicable regulations, the C2 1.0 SAE Fog configuration meets the SAE J583 standard for fog-lamp use.

The SAE designation should not be assumed to apply to the Flood or Combo configurations.

Always check applicable state and local regulations regarding installation, aiming, output color, and permitted on-road use.

Cool White or Selective Yellow

Choose the output color that best fits your application.

6000K Cool White: Provides crisp white illumination designed to complement many factory LED lighting systems.

3000K Selective Yellow: Provides a distinctive yellow output with high visual contrast.

Compatible replacement lenses allow you to change the output color or optic of your C2 1.0 pods later.

Sport or Pro Power

The C2 1.0 is available in two performance levels.

Sport: Combines high-intensity LED emitters and precision TIR optics for a balance of performance and value.

Pro: Provides double the total power of the Sport version for increased lighting performance.

Both configurations use the same Stage Series approach to controlled, functional light output.

Amber or Red Backlight

The C2 1.0 features an integrated backlight available in amber or red, depending on configuration.

Instead of using a small indicator LED, the backlight illuminates the TIR optic itself, creating a distinctive appearance when the main beam isn’t in use.

Durable Stage Series Construction

The C2 1.0 features a durable powder-coated aluminum housing and pin-fin heatsink design for effective thermal management.

Stage Series lighting is tested for long-term operation from -40°F to 185°F, along with vibration, moisture intrusion, and corrosion testing.

Simple Connections

Each C2 1.0 LED Pod features an integrated DT-type Deutsch-style connector and includes a 6-inch pigtail with bare leads.

This allows the pods to be integrated with an appropriate compatible wiring solution based on your vehicle and installation.
