The C2 2.0 Flush Mount Kit is designed to integrate compact Stage Series lighting into a bumper, cargo area, trailer, or other suitable flat mounting surface.

Its low-profile installation creates a clean appearance while helping protect the LED pod from the exposure associated with a traditional surface-mounted bracket.

The compact 2-inch footprint makes the C2 2.0 especially useful for custom installations where space is limited.

Next-Generation C2 2.0 Performance

The C2 2.0 has been extensively redesigned compared with the original C2 1.0.

A new copper-core circuit board is bonded directly to the LED chips for improved thermal efficiency, while the redesigned powder-coated aluminum housing dissipates additional heat.

These improvements allow the C2 2.0 to deliver up to 95% more power than the C2 1.0 while maintaining the same compact 2-inch footprint.

Sport, Pro or Max

Choose from three power levels depending on your lighting requirements.

Sport: Uses high-intensity automotive-grade LEDs for a strong balance of performance and value.

Pro: Provides a noticeable increase in total power for applications requiring additional lighting performance.

Max: Uses Osram HX Boost LEDs to produce up to 3,900 raw lumens from the compact C2 2.0 housing.

All three versions use high-intensity LED emitters and precision TIR optics for controlled, usable illumination.

Patented TIR Optics

The C2 2.0 features re-engineered Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics designed to precisely control light from the LEDs.

Compared with the C2 1.0, the redesigned optics deliver up to 120% more intensity, directing more usable light where it’s needed while reducing wasted output and glare.

Choose Your Beam Pattern

The C2 2.0 Flush Mount LED Pod is available with two functional beam patterns.

Combo/Driving: Produces a 55x20-degree rectangular pattern that balances downrange illumination with useful width. It’s a versatile option for general auxiliary lighting.

Flood: Produces broad, uniform illumination across a 70x45-degree spread. It’s particularly well suited for reverse lighting, trailers, cargo areas, campsites, worksites, and other low-speed applications.

Cool White or Yellow Output

Choose between two output colors:

6000K Cool White: Provides crisp white illumination and a modern appearance.

3000K Yellow: Provides a distinctive selective-yellow output with increased visual contrast.

The C2 2.0 uses the same high-output Cool White LED chips with either configuration. The output color is determined by the lens, allowing compatible lenses to be swapped without replacing the entire LED pod.

The optic can also be changed using a compatible replacement lens.

Integrated Red Backlight

The C2 2.0 Flush Mount LED Pod includes an integrated low-power red backlight.

Rather than illuminating only a small indicator LED, the red backlight illuminates the TIR optic itself for a distinctive appearance and additional rear visibility.

The red output makes this configuration particularly attractive for rear-facing installations where it can complement factory taillight styling.
