Clean Flush-Mount Installation

The SS3 Flush Mount Kit allows you to integrate high-output LED lighting directly into your bumper, truck bed, or other custom mounting location.

Instead of using an exposed surface-mount bracket, the included flush-mount hardware creates a clean, low-profile installation that complements the vehicle while maintaining the performance of the SS3 platform.

A drilling template and mounting hardware are included to simplify installation.

High-Efficiency TIR Optics

The SS3 uses custom-engineered Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics to collect light from the LED and precisely direct it into a functional beam pattern.

Unlike traditional reflector-based designs, the molded TIR optic serves as both the optic and main lens. This helps minimize internal light loss and unwanted glare while maximizing usable illumination.

Choose Your Beam Pattern

Select from four functional beam patterns depending on your application.

SAE Driving: Produces a focused 18x8-degree spread designed for strong forward illumination and supplemental high-beam use.

SAE Fog: Uses Diode Dynamics’ FineLine optic to provide an extremely wide 80-degree field of view, illuminating the area ahead of the vehicle.

Flood: Produces a uniform 60x60-degree spread ideal for backup lighting, truck beds, trailers, worksites, and other low-speed applications.

Combo/Driving: Provides a balanced 80x30-degree beam with strong forward illumination and a wide field of view. It’s a versatile choice for varying speeds and terrain.

SAE Driving & Fog Options

When installed as a pair and properly aimed according to applicable regulations, the white SAE Driving pattern meets SAE J581 requirements for a Driving/Auxiliary High Beam Light, while the SAE Fog pattern meets SAE J583 requirements for fog-lamp use.

Always check applicable state and local regulations for installation, aiming, and permitted on-road use.

Sport or Pro

SS3 Flush Mount LED Pods are available in two output levels:

Sport: Delivers high-intensity LED performance with custom-engineered TIR optics and is a strong choice for general auxiliary lighting.

Pro: Steps up performance with approximately double the total power of the Sport version.

Both options use high-intensity LED emitters and precision optics to produce focused, usable illumination.

Cool White or Selective Yellow

Choose between two main output colors:

• 6000K Cool White – crisp white illumination that complements many factory LED lighting systems.
• 3000K Selective Yellow – high-contrast yellow illumination with a distinctive appearance.

Replacement lenses are available separately, allowing you to change the output color or beam pattern later.

Amber or Red Backlight

Add a distinctive accent to your SS3 setup with an integrated amber or red backlight.

Rather than illuminating only a small indicator LED, the SS3 backlight illuminates the TIR optic itself for a modern appearance when the main beam isn’t being used.

The backlight can be wired into your desired vehicle function using the appropriate wiring setup.

Built for Demanding Conditions

Stage Series LED lighting is tested for long-term operation from -40°F to 185°F, along with vibration, moisture intrusion, and corrosion testing.

Each SS3 features an integrated DT-type Deutsch-style connector and includes a 6-inch bare-lead pigtail for flexible installation.
