Powered by Diode Dynamics’ advanced SmartSelect technology, the SS3 Dual-Color LED Pod allows you to change output colors using your vehicle’s existing fog light switch. No additional controllers or selector switches are required, making installation clean while providing instant adaptability for changing weather and driving conditions.
Built around a custom-engineered TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optic, the SS3 projects a wide, controlled SAE J583-compliant fog beam with a sharp cutoff that minimizes glare while maximizing usable light on the road. Both white and yellow modes utilize the same precision-engineered beam pattern, ensuring consistent performance and proper aiming regardless of the selected color.
Unlike the Sport, Pro, or Max versions, the Dual-Color SS3 features a purpose-built output level engineered specifically to balance brightness with dual-color functionality. An integrated amber LED backlight illuminates the optic independently of the primary beam, providing an aggressive daytime accent that can be wired to parking lights, DRLs, or another auxiliary circuit.
