Expand or customize your lighting setup with the Diode Dynamics SS5 Add-On LED Pod. Designed specifically for Stage Series CrossLink Light Bars, this single 5-inch LED pod can be added to an existing CrossLink setup or used with CrossLink brackets and hardware to build a custom LED light bar.

Featuring Diode Dynamics’ custom-engineered TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics, the SS5 efficiently collects and directs light where it’s needed while reducing glare and wasted output. High-intensity LEDs deliver powerful auxiliary illumination in a rugged housing engineered for demanding off-road and automotive environments.

CrossLink Compatible

Built-in threaded mounting points allow SS5 pods to be linked together using Diode Dynamics CrossLink hardware. Link up to eight pods to create a rigid, adjustable light bar in straight or curved configurations.

Selectable Backlight

White SS5 LED pods feature a selectable backlight with eight color options, allowing you to customize the appearance of your lighting setup without a separate controller. Simply cycle the power to select your preferred backlight color. Yellow SS5 configurations feature an amber backlight.

Multiple Beam Patterns

Choose the beam pattern that best matches your application:

• Driving: 30x20-degree pattern for focused illumination at speed
• Combo: 70x30-degree overall pattern combining distance and surrounding illumination
• Flood: 70x55-degree spread for wide, even illumination at lower speeds, worksites, and utility applications
• Spot: Focused long-distance beam for maximum reach

Sport or Pro Output

SS5 pods are available in two power levels. The Sport version uses nine high-intensity LEDs and draws 40 watts, while the Pro version increases total power to 90 watts for significantly greater output.

White or Selective Yellow

Choose 6000K cool white for crisp illumination that complements many factory LED systems or 3000K selective yellow for increased contrast in poor weather and a distinctive appearance.

Built for Demanding Conditions

Stage Series lighting is tested for long-term operation from -40°F to 185°F along with vibration, moisture intrusion, and corrosion testing to SAE standards. An integrated waterproof DT-style Deutsch connector provides a durable electrical connection.
